1. Valid original copy of the father and student’s passports including valid residence visas for the non-UAE national student. (If the residence visa is under process, a confirmation letter from the company is needed)
2. Birth certificate or any other official document of birth. Birth certificate must be stamped by the authorities listed:
UAE: No attestation is required
GCC Countries: Ministry of Health of the issuing country
Canada, the USA, Australia, Western Europe or New Zealand: No attestation is required
Other countries: Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy of the issuing country
(If the documents are not in English or Arabic, an official translation issued in the UAE is required)
3. Four coloured passport size recent photographs (6 x 4cm).
4. Previous original school report card. The report must be attested by the authorities listed:
UAE:
• School stamp and signature
• Official Arabic transfer certificate, attested by the Educational Zone
GCC Countries:
• School stamp and signature
• Ministry of Education of the issuing country
• Transfer certificate, attested by the School and the Ministry of Education of the issuing country
Canada, the USA, Australia, Western Europe or New Zealand:
• School stamp and signature
• Transfer certificate, attested by the school
Other countries:
• School stamp and signature
• Ministry of Education of the issuing country
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country
• UAE Embassy of the issuing country
• Transfer certificate, attested by the School, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy of the issuing country
(If the report is not in English or Arabic, an official translation issued in the UAE is required)
